Every day is a new beginning. Thats what i am told, and well im going with it! My children all now school age will be gone daily and I need to reinvent who i am. I want to be a better photographer, more organized and be able to work more. I am kicking myself for not taking every oppurtunity i  have had. There are always obstacles and i have let too many overcome who i want to be. Many times i have let money or time dictate the type of photographer i am, and i have not given all of myself to my craft as i should. Today that ends!! No matter the barrier i will cross.

These photos of my daughter tell me i am as good as id hoped and can photograph with the best of them. I am still mastering my camera and technique after 16 years. But i am going to try and give my whole self to my craft even if i have to suffer to do so. It makes me happy and it makes me feel like i can do anything! My daughter was so pleased with the end result of a 20 minute shoot she almost couldnt believe how beautiful she is. I want to make every person i photograph feel that way.  It makes me so very happy to do that. finding the light in the darkness is a trait i love about myself, i need to remember that, and keep with it. Let nothing stop me :)

God bless~

H is for Hayley

Her eyes are bright and brilliant, they match her smile so perfectly. She is only eleven i could tell right away she was an intelligent and fun loving girl. Just like her mom Nicole Gore Eastwood and her step dad Chad Eastwood. (except Chad is a M fan) lol. Nikki and i met in high school and have kept in touch. We always have fun laughing our heads off when we get to hang out. Her daughter Hayley is a gorgeous girl and I thought wow my Jacob would fall head over heels! When he saw her pictures i thought he might fall over. i ask her Hayley if she liked boys yet? She answered with an enthusiatic "YES!" I don't think she is going to have any trouble with that one :) Ohh to be young again!!

Big Sister & Little Brother

One of my very best friends Roniann and her husband Gary are the parents of these two adorable children. Roni and I have been friends now since 6th grade! While we lost touch through high school and college we were reunited a few years ago and i have so enjoyed getting to know her two children and sweetheart of a husband. We like to take the children to the Zoo and parks and always find something to laugh about together.
Saige is Roni's step daughter but you'd never know! They are very close and you can tell that they love eachother just like any other mother and daughter. Troy is almost one and a half and he is a curious, but laidback dude. He was born with a ton of hair! I have enjoyed watching him growup and go from crawling to walking to running. Saige is a great big sister, she loves helping Roni with him and showering him with kisses. I am so lucky to know such a wonderful family. They are a true blessing!

The beautiful Jacey Rose

♥Love at first sight♥
She is everything i love in a girl. Strong will, more spunkiness than Punky Brewster, and the sweetest disposition. She was shy at first but after twirling the orange unbrella, she was chasing bubbles and flashing that pretty smile. My favorite part of her posing for me was her splashing in the fountain, with her lil freshly pedi-ed piggies. I first met her mom and dad Josie and Rick Snyder about five years ago when i photographed their wedding and engagement. I have followed her growing up through photographs and couldn't hardly wait to get to photograph her myself. What a doll baby! Thank you for allowing me the pleasure. ♥ {& a special thank you to Grandma Sandi}

Glowing Firely

~*~Glowing Firefly~*~
i Love his dirty lil cheeks and the pure joy he got from catching the fireflies. It was awesome! It reminds me to appreciate the little moments in life. Take in the precious pieces of everyday that take your breath away and hopefully capture them in time. i hope this for all of you...
